For installations (residential and commercial) performed by Abbott Services, we match the manufacturer’s parts and compressor warranties for the equipment we install. In addition, any workmanship performed by our team is protected for 1 year from the date of completion. (You must maintain your equipmentto meet the manufacturer’s recommendations).
One‑Year Workmanship Guarantee
We’re confident in our craft—and we prove it. For one full year after your installation, if any defect in our workmanship occurs (and it’s not caused by misuse or external damage), we’ll come back and correct it at no extra charge. From Daphne to Gulf Shores, we’ll handle it.

If you aren’t fully satisfied with your installation or service within the first 90 days, let us know. We’ll make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue—whether it’s adjusting airflow, refining controls, or re‑checking performance—to ensure your system works as promised.

For certain commercial system installs, we offer a bonus guarantee: if a specific piece of equipment we installed failsthree or more timeswithin the first ten years, we will replace that unit and extend parts coverage for an additional 10 years.
